An Order Coordinator at ESM Branding is responsible for every aspect of an order once it has gone to production. You will be responsible for liaising with clients, suppliers and couriers to ensure everything runs smoothly. This role suits an individual with very strong attention to detail and a clear focus on building relationships right along the supply chain.
Reporting to and working directly alongside our Account Directors this role will be mission critical for the business. Our reputation for outstanding customer service has been hard earned and you will be vital to maintaining it. Attention to detail is an absolute must.
Duties will include:
Ideally you will have experience working in the promotional merchandise industry but this is not a must have.
At ESM we have thoroughly embraced hybrid working so you must be comfortable working at home but able to attend the Amersham office when required.
