Sales Account Manager

ESM Branding are on the look out for an experienced Account Manger to join the team! Managing your own accounts, visiting clients, making sales, perfect for someone passionate about keeping clients happy and delivering top-notch branded swag.
Principally, you’ll be dealing with customers, suppliers, managing deliveries and generally looking after our wonderful clients to a high level.
Experience in promotional merchandise is essential. Attention to detail is also an absolute must. Knowledge of key suppliers within the industry will give you a HUGE advantage over other candidates.
I’ll be honest, there will be days when you’re so busy you won’t know which way to turn. But on other days, you’ll get to go home early and spend time with those closest!
At ESM we have embraced hybrid working so you must be comfortable working at home but able to attend the Amersham, Bucks for the majority of the time.
This is very much a client facing role and would involve face-to-face pitches/meetings as well as running a complete end-to-end sales process.
The following are essential requirements for this position:
- Experience (ideally 2+years) within the promotional merchandise industry
- Highly-motivated with a positive, professional attitude.
- Strong work ethic, and great attention to detail
- A people-person; friendly, trustworthy & reliable
- Proficiency with Apple/Mac.
